As a father of three and a devoted family man, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it's spending time outdoors, playing golf, creating art, strumming the guitar, 3D printing, or tinkering with new ideas. My life is a blend of family, creativity, and technology, which I embrace with passion and dedication.

Professional Journey
My professional career is a testament to my expertise in product management and cloud operations, primarily honed at TD Synnex (merged with Tech Data in 2021). Over the years, I have held various pivotal roles, from Associate Product Manager to Senior Manager of Product and Program Management. My journey has been marked by significant achievements, including scaling TD Synnex’s Microsoft CSP business from $12,000 annually to an astounding $264 million annually. This success was driven by my ability to design efficient billing and product delivery practices and cultivate strong relationships with major vendors like Microsoft.

Led a team of 15, implemented strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and recaptured over $1 million in lost revenue.

Supervisor Microsoft Program and Cloud Operations (2018 - 2019):
Modernized billing processes, mentored team members, and ensured best practices in daily operations.

Senior Microsoft Program and Product Manager (2016 - 2018):
Awarded Microsoft’s Double Gold Operational Excellence award, designed a proprietary cloud delivery platform, and automated manual billing processes.
